If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

手機就是錢包！行動支付嗶一聲、感應一下完成消費，超Fashion的消費模式在台灣才剛起步，但在中國大陸城市裡已經成為常態。百貨業者觀察自家數據發現，陸客以支付寶使用率最高，而國人則以Line Pay為最大宗，主要是額度較多以及社群通信軟體滲透率高有關。行動支付雖快速便利，但在百貨業其實營收占比依舊不高，除了因為國人消費習慣未改變外，軟硬體串接、系統整合不易也讓行動支付用起來卡卡。
每年他們迎接超過 300 萬名外籍觀光客的台北101 表示，為了讓各國旅客都可以便利地使用自己熟悉的支付方式消費，自 2015 年起就積極架構平台、廣納各種支付工具或錢包。而在外籍觀光客中，陸客就占了一半，絕大部分的人都使用行動支付。其中又以支付寶使用率最高，原因可能在於額度較高，如支付寶單筆最高 5 萬元人民幣，微信只有 1000 元人民幣，顯示額度多多少少影響了陸客的使用狀況。
至於國人慣用的行動支付部分，因額度跟著信用卡走，沒有太多限制。台北101 表示，目前商場共支援 9 種行動支付，使用率最高的是 Line Pay，主要是 Line 結合社群通信軟體，用戶本來就多，再加上 Line Pay 聯名信用卡結合 Point 點數的 3% 回饋，瞬間讓消費者意識到「 Line Point 1 點＝1 元」的實用。
另外，Apple Pay 也不容小覷，平均客單價超過 1500 元，上線才一周就出現刷卡金額破 5 萬元的紀錄，業者把握話題趨勢，再加上行銷活動推波助瀾，如母親節檔期活動，聯名卡最高回饋 12.3%，又再帶動客單價提升到近 2000 元，活動期間還出現首筆超過百萬元的消費，成果超乎預期。話題性加上流行趨勢與檔期行銷，台北101 樂觀預期整體行動支付今年年底前可望占整體營收5% 以上。
業者指出，行動支付帶給消費者很大的便利性，嗶一聲、感應一下就交易完成，不用帶錢包、信用卡，一支手機就搞定，這在大陸已經實現一段時間。對商家而言，即便是夜市，使用條碼支付、收款也很方便，省去找錢的時間。

但業者也坦言，很多相關系統設備等支援、串接等都尚未成熟健全，初期在串接系統面及財務對帳，甚至庫存管理系統等工程時，要花比較多的時間與費用，初期多少會出現 bug 錯誤，其實業者都得花時間了解並且適應。
也有百貨業者私下表示，台灣與中國大陸行動支付發展模式不同，台灣消費者使用習慣還是以信用卡最為普及，目前行動支付整體使用率不高，占營收的比率還不到 2%。此外，系統整合不易，對業者的確負擔較大，希望政府可以在資源上、補助上，甚至法規上多多協助與放寬，讓台灣行動支付的路走得更順。
